From the creative minds of Allen Robertson and Damon Brown of the “Biscuit Brothers” comes a brand-new musical adventure full of family fun, thrills, musical romance, and magical worlds!

Based on the classic fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen, THE STEADFAST TIN SOLDIER is the story of Lucas, a tin soldier made with only one leg, who dreams of becoming a ‘real’ soldier. He lives in a vast toy workshop/kingdom where you’ll meet the upper class, porcelain and crystal figurines, the middle class toys made of wood and metal, and down at the bottom are the poor rag dolls.  When Rosalind, the popular ballerina princess who hopes to restore fairness in the kingdom, becomes mysteriously ill, Lucas must risk everything and journey into the great wide world to find a cure for his beloved princess before time runs out.

  • Other Production Requirements: STEADFAST TIN SOLDIER is part of our Adventure Theatre series and is designed to be performed by an ensemble cast using the unique spectacle of stagecraft to tell the story. The technical aspect of the show can be complex, involving projections and elaborate design, or it is well served by simplicity, allowing the actors to inhabit the world and bring the audience along using simple, affordable stage techniques. The production accompaniment tracks are also available.
